Nathan Chasing Horse is going away for good. The actor best known for his role in the 1990 classic Dances with Wolves was just sentenced to life in prison for sexual assault. Yeah, life. As in, he’s never getting out.
The sentencing comes almost three years after his arrest in 2023, when authorities first took him into custody on sexual assault charges. Since then, more victims have come forward, and he’s facing additional sexual assault charges in Canada that are still pending. This guy’s legal troubles are far from over.
The conviction marks a stunning fall from grace for the actor, who had carved out a decades-long career in Hollywood. Now he’s looking at spending the rest of his life behind bars.
