Diageo DUMPS Wireless Festival Over Ye Headlining

Another massive brand is nope-ing out of London’s Wireless Festival, and honestly? The dominoes keep falling. Alcoholic beverage giant Diageo just pulled the plug on their sponsorship after organizers announced Ye (formerly Kanye West) as the headliner. Yeah, you read that right — they’re literally running for the hills.
This isn’t the first major company to bail either. Pepsi already ghosted the festival over the same booking, and now Diageo is following suit. The liquor brand clearly decided the optics weren’t worth it and decided to take their money elsewhere.
Wireless Festival organizers are probably sweating buckets at this point. Losing sponsor after sponsor before the event even kicks off? That’s the kind of bad press no festival wants. Ye’s booking was supposed to be a major draw, but instead it’s become a magnet for corporate exit strategies.
The question now: how many more sponsors will jump ship? And will the festival even survive this PR nightmare intact?
